Macaroni Stroganoff(Quick And Easy!!)

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (17 oz.) can drained sweet peas

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni per box instructions.
  2. Brown ground beef, onion and seasonings.
  3. Combine macaroni and ground beef.
  4. Stir in soup; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and peas.
  6. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
  8. Makes 8 servings.
