Macaroni-Veggie Casserole

Instructions
- Cook and drain macaroni and vegetables.
- Layer casserole dish with 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, macaroni, vegetables, salt and pepper.
- Repeat with macaroni and vegetables.
- Pour remaining 1/4 cup milk over the top.
- Top with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the bread crumbs, garlic powder, parsley and 1 tablespoon margarine.
- Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour.
- Broil for 5 more minutes.
- Great as a main course or a side dish.
