Macaroni-Veggie Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 2 c. Oriental Blend frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • parsley to taste
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain macaroni and vegetables.
  2. Layer casserole dish with 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, macaroni, vegetables, salt and pepper.
  3. Repeat with macaroni and vegetables.
  4. Pour remaining 1/4 cup milk over the top.
  5. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the bread crumbs, garlic powder, parsley and 1 tablespoon margarine.
  6. Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour.
  7. Broil for 5 more minutes.
  8. Great as a main course or a side dish.
