Delightful almond macaroons with a tender, chewy texture and sweet almond flavor, perfect for almond lovers or as a light, elegant treat for gatherings.

Instructions
- Cut almond paste into very small pieces in a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar and egg whites to the bowl.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Pipe cookies or by the teaspoon, about the size of half a dollar, onto a brown paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 325°F for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Dampen the back of the brown paper and remove cookies.
