A hearty and cheesy nacho dish layered with chili beans, cheddar, jalapenos, olives, and fresh toppings, perfect for satisfying snack cravings or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chili beans or refried beans
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large bag corn chips
  • pickled or canned sliced jalapeno peppers
  • Pace picante sauce or salsa
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Layer corn chips on a large plate.
  2. Add a layer of chili beans or refried beans over the chips.
  3. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Add sliced jalapeno peppers and sliced olives in layers.
  5. Repeat the layering at least two times for each ingredient.
  6. Top with chopped tomato and dollops of sour cream if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with Pace picante sauce or salsa.
