Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 medium red potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 3 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. grate potatoes
  2. add onion, garlic, pepper, and jalapeno
  3. serve hot as breakfast side or any time
  4. enjoy
  5. divide into five mounds
  6. heat oil in skillet
  7. fry in skillet for five minutes turn, fry for five minutes more or until golden
  8. serve hot as breakfast side or anytime
