Ingredients

  • 1 can apricots (juice)
  • 1 bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms

Instructions

  2. Mix apricot juice, Russian dressing, onion soup mix, chopped green pepper, and mushrooms.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces.
