Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 or 5 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup regular flour
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Layer bacon, cheese, and vegetables in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
  2. Blend eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
