Magic White Frosting
A fluffy, sweet white frosting perfect for cakes and cupcakes, with a light vanilla flavor. Suitable for decorating special occasions or everyday treats.

Instructions
- Mix sugar, salt, cream of tartar, and water in a saucepan. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a full boil.
- Place two egg whites in a small mixer bowl.
- Do not beat the egg whites until the syrup is cooked.
- Pour the hot syrup slowly over the egg whites while beating at high speed until all syrup has been added.
- Reduce speed to medium and add vanilla; beat until the mixture reaches spreading consistency.
- Use to ice a cake, and optionally sprinkle with coconut.
