- Add ground beef and mix until well combined.
- Pat the mixture into a rectangle on a baking sheet and score into 1-inch squares.
- Form the scored sections into individual meatballs.
- Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often, until cooked through.
- Allow meatballs to cool before storing or serving.
- Place about 30 meatballs per batch for serving or further use.
