Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 large cucumbers sliced
  • 1 bunch watercress

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt with the mint and garlic.
  2. Stir in the cucumber slices.
  3. Wash and dry the watercress.
  4. Arrange each serving of cucumbers on a bed of watercress and garnish with the radish slices.
