Instructions
- Place the frozen beef roast on the bottom of a roasting pan or extra large pot.
- Add potatoes, carrots, and sliced onion around and on top of the roast.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with a lid or heavy-duty foil and cook in the oven at 500°F for about 20 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 250°F and cook all night.
- If the oven cooks quickly, reduce the temperature further to 200°F.
