Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground ham
  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 1 lb lean pork
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix together lightly but well the ground meats, graham cracker crumbs, milk, and eggs.
  2. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls or desired size.
  3. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in two 9 x 13-inch pans or suitable sizes.
  4. Pour tomato soup over the meatballs to cover, then combine brown sugar, vinegar, and dry mustard to make the glaze.
  5. Pour the glaze over the meatballs.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, until cooked through and glazed.
