Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 2 cups pork and beans
  • 1 can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice potatoes into a large baking pan with a lid.
  3. Crumble raw ground chuck over the potatoes.
  4. Dice the onion and spread over the ground beef.
  5. Pour pork and beans on top.
  6. Spread tomato soup over the beans and other ingredients.
  7. Cover with the lid and cook in the oven for 1 to 1.5 hours.
