Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add eggs, buttermilk and oil.
- Mix until dry ingredients are moist.
- Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake in a 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- This batter will keep for 6 weeks in a covered mixing bowl, placed in the refrigerator.
- Great for breakfast.
