Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can creamed corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Stir in creamed corn, salt, melted margarine, milk, cornstarch, and sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Set the casserole dish in a pan of hot water.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
