Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. onion soup or dip mix
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 slices bread

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, ketchup, eggs, milk, and torn bread slices together in a large bowl.
  2. Pack the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake uncovered in a 375°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until the top is crisp.
  4. Let cool for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
