Mandarin Chicken Dinner
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil ⓘ
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips ⓘ
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 c. orange juice ⓘ
- 1 c. Minute rice ⓘ
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips ⓘ
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts ⓘ
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges ⓘ
Instructions
- Using an electric skillet, heat oil slightly.
- Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
- Mix Miracle Whip with orange juice and brown sugar, then add to chicken and stir.
- Add green pepper.
