Mandarin Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Instructions

  1. Using an electric skillet, heat oil slightly.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Mix Miracle Whip with orange juice and brown sugar, then add to chicken and stir.
  4. Add green pepper.
