Instructions
- Drain juice from the mandarin oranges.
- Add water to the orange juice to make 2 cups liquid, then add sugar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add and dissolve the orange jello in the hot liquid.
- Cool the mixture and allow it to partially set.
- Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Whip the jello until fluffy.
- Beat in the orange sherbet.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Add the drained mandarin oranges.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
