Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 pineapple slices, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. pineapple syrup
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and diced
  • maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 cup snipped pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple slices, reserving 1 tablespoon of syrup.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese, salad dressing, and reserved pineapple syrup together until smooth.
  3. Fold in the diced banana, maraschino cherries, and snipped pitted dates into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange one pineapple slice on each of eight lettuce leaves.
  5. Top each pineapple slice with the cheese-fruit mixture.
  6. Garnish each with a cherry half.
