Mandarin Orange Muffins

Instructions
- Cream margarine and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and flavoring and mix at medium speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl before and after each addition.
- Stir dry ingredients to blend and add along with water to egg mixture.
- Mix at medium speed until flour is absorbed.
- Stir mandarin oranges into batter.
- Fill the paper lined cups half way.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 22 minutes and lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 12 muffins.
