Mandarin Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, sliced and drained
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cabbage, oranges, celery and green pepper.
  2. Beat cream until stiff.
  3. Add vinegar, slowly, salt and pepper.
  4. Continue beating until well blended.
  5. Mix with slaw ingredients.
  6. Chill and serve.
