Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar or honey
  • 2 c. finely diced mango
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix in order given.
  2. Grease and flour loaf pans.
  3. Pour into loaf pan and let stand 20 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted into loaf comes out clean.
  5. (Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes.)
