Ingredients

  • 1 box manicotti
  • 16 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • dash of salt
  • large can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Drain the cooked manicotti and place on foil in a single layer.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, bread crumbs, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and garlic powder to create the filling.
  3. Stuff the cooked manicotti with the cheese mixture.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan, then add tomato sauce and garlic powder to create the sauce.
  5. Pour some sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed manicotti in a single layer in the dish.
  7. Pour the remaining sauce over the manicotti and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
