Ingredients

  • 2 pt. fresh oysters
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 cups light cream
  • parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain oysters and save the liquid.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot and cook oysters for 5 minutes or until edges curl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, oyster liquid, and light cream to the pot.
  4. Heat on medium until bubbles begin to form.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
