A hearty and flavorful beef pasta dish combining ground beef, onions, spicy rotel, and cheesy goodness, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can manwich
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet, then drain excess grease.
  2. Add the can of manwich and rotel to the beef mixture and heat thoroughly.
  3. Add cheese to the mixture and stir until melted.
  4. Stir in the cooked and drained elbow macaroni.
  5. Optional: Add a can of pork and beans, or a can of whole kernel corn, or both, if desired.
  6. Serve hot.
