- Add the can of manwich and rotel to the beef mixture and heat thoroughly.
- Add cheese to the mixture and stir until melted.
- Stir in the cooked and drained elbow macaroni.
- Optional: Add a can of pork and beans, or a can of whole kernel corn, or both, if desired.
- Serve hot.
