Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. maple flavored syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 red eating apple
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 can pears (16 to 17 oz.), halved

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together cottage cheese, mayonnaise, maple flavored syrup, and salt until blended.
  2. Slice bananas and apples into bite-sized chunks with a knife.
  3. Peel and cut orange crosswise into thin slices.
  4. Drain pear halves.
  5. Chill a large platter and line it with lettuce.
  6. Arrange fruit in separate piles on the lettuce.
  7. Spoon the dressing over the top.
