Ingredients

  • 3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. marshmallow cream
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. maple flavoring
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, cream, syrup, and butter in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 12 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in maple flavoring, marshmallow cream, and chopped nuts.
  5. Stir until thick enough to pour into a buttered pan.
  6. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
