Instructions
- Bring sweetened condensed milk and maple syrup to a gentle boil in heavy saucepan.
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Mixture will stick.
- Remove from heat and stir in maple extract.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Cool completely.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
