Maple Nut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. maple extract
  • 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
  • whipped cream
  • chopped nuts
  • miniature chocolate morsels

Instructions

  1. Bring sweetened condensed milk and maple syrup to a gentle boil in heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Mixture will stick.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in maple extract.
  5. Pour into pie crust.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
