- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Stir together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the remaining ingredients and combine until well blended.
- Pour batter into a well-greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until firm in the center and golden on the edges.
- Makes 6 servings.
