Maple Walnut Squash Puree

Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook squash for 25 minutes, or until tender; drain.
- Puree in blender, or by hand, until smooth.
- Blend in maple syrup, butter, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
- Spoon into shallow, greased 8-cup casserole or baking dish.
- Bake at 400°
- for 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately garnished with walnuts.
