Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Log Cabin syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix bacon and onion in a 1 1/2-quart microwave casserole. Cover loosely with wax paper.
  2. Microwave on High 5 minutes. Drain.
  3. Stir in beans, syrup, catsup, mustard and pepper sauce. Cover loosely with wax paper.
  4. Microwave 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
