Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dry parsley
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together. Soak meat at least 3 hours in marinade. Can soak overnight. Will turn chicken brown in color.
