Marinated Barbecued Chops

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey and vinegar.
- Blend in garlic powder and ginger.
- Add oil and onion.
- Place meat in plastic food bag. Pour marinade over the top. Close bag. Refrigerate 4 hours or longer, turning every hour.
- Drain meat. Grill to desired taste, basting occasionally, with marinade. Serves 4.
- (Can use roast also.)
