Marinated Cheese Cubes

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces hard cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Place cheese cubes in a pint jar.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup and pour over cheese.
  3. Screw lid on jar securely and shake well to coat the cheese. Let marinade 12-24 hours at least shaking and rotating jar occasionally.
  4. Remove cheese from marinade and serve with toothpicks.
