Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons honey mustard salad dressing mix
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch chunks

Instructions

  1. Stir together the dressing mix, lemon juice, and oil.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken and vegetables; toss to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours to marinate.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  5. Broil the skewers 3 inches from the heat for 16 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently.
  6. Discard any remaining marinade after cooking.
