Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (No. 2) can corn, drained
  • 1 can French green beans
  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Boil salad oil, salt, vinegar, pepper, hot water, and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Pour the hot mixture over the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well to combine.
