Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean meat
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 medium carrots
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. cabbage
  • 2 dashes parsley flakes
  • 2 dashes garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper seed
  • 2 dashes red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 dashes coarse black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook meat with seasonings until meat is tender.
  2. Add vegetables.
  3. Cover with water and cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Serves 8.
