Mark's Jello is a vibrant, fruity dessert combining strawberries, pineapple, bananas, and creamy sour cream, perfect for gatherings or a refreshing treat for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1 large strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 20 oz. frozen strawberries
  • 13.5 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 16 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the strawberry Jell-O in boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add frozen strawberries and crushed pineapple to the mixture.
  3. In a 9 x 13-inch glass dish, place the sliced bananas.
  4. Pour half of the Jell-O mixture over the bananas to cover them.
  5. Let the mixture chill until it is firm.
  6. Spread sour cream evenly on top of the firm Jell-O layer.
  7. Pour the remaining Jell-O mixture over the sour cream layer.
  8. Chill until the entire dish is set.
