Ingredients

  • 3 medium hot peppers
  • 3 sweet bell peppers
  • 3 medium onions
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c.{vinegar:1/2 cup}
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato paste (3/4 cup)

Instructions

  1. Dice onions, peppers and tomatoes and place in a pan to heat. Add garlic powder, chili powder, vinegar, sugar and salt.
  2. Cook slowly until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Add the tomato paste, bring to a boil again.
  4. Remove from heat and cool.
  5. Eat with chips of your choice.
