Ingredients

  • 2 peaches (or mangos)
  • sprig of cilantro
  • jalapeno pepper
  • green onion
  • fresh ginger root
  • pinch of sugar (or honey)
  • juice of lime

Instructions

  1. Finely chop or dice the fruit, cilantro, hot pepper, green onion, and ginger root and combine in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar and squeezed lime juice, stirring to coat.
  3. Let sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  4. Serve over grilled chicken or fish.
