Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • onion
  • mushroom
  • egg noodles
  • margarine
  • skinless chicken
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook half the chicken in 1 tablespoon hot margarine until browned, stirring often. Remove and set aside.
  2. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. In the same skillet, cook mushrooms and onions in remaining 1 tablespoon hot margarine until vegetables are tender and liquid evaporates, stirring often.
  5. Stir in soup and sour cream.
  6. Heat to boiling.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
  8. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
