Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 36 to 40 large marshmallows
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. ground pecans
  • 3/4 c. colored chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Insert 18 to 20 wooden sticks into the large marshmallows.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Place the dipped marshmallows on parchment paper to set.
  5. Once the chocolate has set, roll or sprinkle the marshmallows with flaked coconut, ground pecans, and colored chocolate sprinkles as desired.
