Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  2. Chop enough stems to make 1/2 cup.
  3. Saute mushroom caps in butter (turning once) for 5 minutes. In bowl, combine both cheeses, onion and chopped stems.
  4. Mix well. Fill mushroom caps and broil until golden brown.
