Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 to 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

  2. Add creamed corn, evaporated milk, and butter to the saucepan.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
