Ingredients

  • 1 Breakfast steak, thinly sliced steak
  • 1 onion sliced thinly
  • 3 slice maple bacon per sandwhich
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 garlic salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • 2 slice regular loaf bread (any)

Instructions

  1. Season steaks in garlic powder, garlic salt, pepper, and Sazon seasoning with saffron ( con azafran) yellow and orange box
  2. Meanwhile cook bacon, after bacon I'd finished, drain majority of maple bacon grease and sautee onions in remainder of grease (about a tablespoon of bacon grease)
  3. On both side( inside) of the sliced bread slather with mayonnaise.
  4. Place steak on bread, then top with as much of the sauteed onions and maple bacon as your man likes!
  5. Top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Heat a grill pan and slather both OUTSIDE pieces of bread with butter.
  7. Place under broker until toasty and cheese has melted.
  8. Serve up!
  9. Wrap in aluminum foil to keep warm!
  10. Serve with a kiss!
