Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Slightly brown the pork chops in a skillet.
  2. Place the browned pork chops in a Pyrex dish.
  3. Slice the potatoes and onions and layer them over the pork chops.
  4. Add the cream of mushroom soup and water over the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until the vegetables are tender and the pork chops are cooked through.
