Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb rump roast
  • 2 Tbsp French dressing
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Rub the rump roast with French dressing.
  2. Let stand covered in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Roll the roast in flour.
  4. Brown the roast in oil in a large pot.
  5. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on the lowest stove setting for about 4 hours or until tender.
