Ingredients

  • 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 2 Tbsp. roasted garlic puree

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Mash potatoes with roasted garlic puree, butter, sage, and milk.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
