Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat chili in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Press softened cream cheese into the bottom of a 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
- Pour chili over the cream cheese and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
