  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup packed mashed potato flakes

Instructions

  2. Blend in coconut flavoring, mashed potato flakes, and biscuit mix.
  3. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
